Since  March of 2020, mesh belt furnace came into use, using water-based quenching liquid instead of quenching oil to get better core hardness,mechanical properties and wear-resistance than oil-quenched type.working life of products are  longer than oil-quenched type.

critical heat treatment process handled by ourself, including quenching, tempering, hardening and annealing.
Material’s mechanical properties, hardness, metallographic structure and wear-resistence  are improved largely after Q&T treatment.
